*Founded in 1974, SeTel serves over 10,000 clients in 41 states ranging from medium to Fortune 500 companies.
*Develop new project management processes for SeTel allowing for better communication and faster turn-around on project start dates to over 700 clients in Memphis,TN office.
*Manage project lifecycle from development to implementation to project close, in both large and small customer bases.
*Work on solutions ranging from small one technology deployments to multiple technology projects.
*Work on projects involving product lines from Microsoft, EMC, NetApp, HP, Cisco, NEC, Shortel, IBM, VMWare, Citrix, and many more.
*Be the single POC for the customer for both large and small project, that might involve multiple vendors/partners/service providers.
*Develop project plans for larger projects to keep everybody on the same page when having weekly status calls. Also providing sometime different documentation for the CIO to develop to the CFO on how the project is progressing.
*Work with engineers to develop statements of work before a project has started.
*Work with post sales/client to develop any punch lists to take care of anything that needs to be addressed before the project can close.
*Ensure that the customer is happy with the overall project so they will continue to purchase through SeTel.
*Grow Memphis Office with new sales opportunities.
