Human Resources Generalist

• Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team and managers in multiple states by creating, developing and implementing operational goals, policies and procedures including company handbook and compensation;
• Oversees compliance with federal and state laws in multiple states such as EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, Affirmative Action, and OSHA as well as handled required reporting EE0-1, OSHA 300 and more;
• Manage, process and maintain all employee records in ADP (HRIS system), personnel files, payroll information, medical records, attendance and performance and any employee related information or documentation required by law;
• Create and develop recruitment strategies to identify and source qualified candidates at all levels including but not limited to job postings and job descriptions, interviewing and administering pre-employment screenings
• Coordinate and conduct on-boarding, training and development and maintain training records including new hire orientation;
• Conduct review and analysis of benefits and coordinate and administers open enrollment of benefits and serves as the company’s plan administrator;
• Provides support to managers and team members on daily basis and resolve any disputes as necessary including disciplinary actions and employee terminations;
• Conduct exit interviews with employees and discuss findings with upper management to determine if corrective measures are needed to retain staff members;
