I am a Product Marketing Manager for Gift (stored-value) and Loyalty products at Moneris Solutions Corporation, Canada’s largest payment processor. This product area is responsible for hosting private-label gift and loyalty card and associated services to Moneris’ nationwide client base. I am responsible for:
• managing the product roadmaps, innovation strategy, marketing and sales plans
• managing profit and loss for gift and loyalty products
• consulting and presenting to major accounts
• working with cross-functional teams including technical development, marketing, support and project management
• writing requirements and use cases for product development
• developing integrated online and offline marketing and sales campaigns, such as webinars, direct mail-outs, email campaigns, sales contests and more
• training and supporting various large direct and indirect sales channels
• managing a Marketing Associate on a project basis
Major Accomplishments
• Increased loyalty product revenue by over a triple-digit percentage within a year through various initiatives to improve product capabilities, value proposition, market awareness, and sales force training and motivation
• Brought two new product packages to market for small and medium businesses
• Launched a sophisticated new online loyalty analytics system using the Agile project management methodology
• Consulted national corporations with over 150 locations regarding their needs and challenges in loyalty marketing and technology
• Created new marketing brochures, training, and product instruction guides for merchants
• Coordinated roadmaps and packaging to merge with existing product lines, such as payment processing services and stored-value card hosting
