Each time u show up to work, work hard, do ur best at everything u can do, you’re planting seeds for a life that you can only hope will grow beyond your wildest dreams. Take care of the little things—even things that you hate—& treat them as promises to your own future. Soon u’ll see that fortune favors the bold who get shit done. - Sophia Amoruso
"The single most important career decision a woman makes: whether she will have a life partner and who that partner is." -Sheryl Sandberg. Well noted. As am finally at a stage in my life where I am ready to start looking for a life partner, it is important to always keep in mind who I am and where am I going to find the right one.
"You know who's going to give you everything? Yourself." - Diane von Furstenberg. This is a great reminder to continually invest in myself, whether through buying great books, attending seminars or expanding my network. Life is always changing and unpredictable, the only insurance is to stay alert, learn on the go and be the most curious person.
Never, never, never give up - Winston Churchill. My best friend in college gifted me a notebook with this quote on my birthday once. She said, it reminded her of me. I am very grateful that I am known as someone who perseveres. It means my dad taught me well. When he was alive, he was always saying to me, "if you fail, just try and try again."

Department of Research and Development Internal Magazine - Editor

On the side, along with my two jobs of NGO development and family business, I do freelance editing as well, like for this internal magazine of Dept. of Research and Development in the Ministry of Public Works. I have always been an avid writer who loves editing. My first real part time job was as an Editor of an Indonesian community magazine in Melbourne, and I was really happy

Director

My father passed away in May 2015 and he left behind family businesses, which includes a gas station and a bus company in his hometown, which is a 1,5 hour flight from the city I live in. My mother asked me to take charge of it and I have been spending my time between these two cities doing two jobs ever since.

RulaWomen

Contributor

RulaWomen is a currently established online portal (www.rula.co.id) set to launch in 2016. It is targeted for single, young, career-driven women in Indonesia. I focus on writing career, business, inspiration, and success stories. I have always loved reading career empowerment websites for women, and am beyond excited that I get to contribute on such platform in my own country.

"Generosity is the best investment" - Diane von Furstenberg. I once saw an impact of a random act of kindness that I did on a stranger, and it was intoxicating. It made me want to be known as the poster girl of kindness.

University of Melbourne

Bachelor of Arts in Media & Communications, Master of Applied Commerce

My education in Melbourne was eye-opening. The most important things I learned are attention to details, critical thinking, networking (you have to learn this quickly when you are living alone abroad!), and how to have an analytical mind. I also learned about work ethic and time management as I juggled part-time work and organizational skills through extracurricular activities.
