I run the store. I do inventory on products, daily spot checks. I took bank deposits. I trained other employees, on the FIFO Method. I also conducted interviewing and completed hiring paperwork such as I-9s and w-2's. I orientated new employees as well. I have made employee consultations. Every week I order all merchandise for the store. I know how to determine productivity and how to reach productivity goals. I also made the schedule for up to nine employees meeting their needs as well as store productivity needs.
