Assists in the execution of various aspects of research operations which includes study design, coordination with field and/or data capture and production departments.
*Project Management: day-to-day project execution; independently lead small initiatives and/or projects which may include the interaction with other individuals/groups, and the follow-through and resolution needed for completion; develop ongoing process improvements for specific job-related tasks; generates reports and/or communicates ad-hoc information requested by clients.
*Quality Assurance (Field Monitoring, Data Verification/Reporting/Tabbing): review reports for accuracy and quality by checking tabulations, prepares data tables and reports; monitors/audits data collection activities to ensure that the activities are completed according to project plan; prepares report specifications and compiles data, with input from project leadership and/or client.
*Field Tasks: Communicates and documents project specifications; coordinates execution details; creates and completes ongoing processes required to support projects.
*Design/Launch Activities: creates field-ready questionnaires, briefing materials, and testing; makes sample and questionnaires field-ready, with supervision from project lead, for all data collection methodologies.
*Project Administration: maintains project files; creates and maintain associated documentation; maintains calendars and project status tracking documents; monitors project schedules for ongoing tasks; assists in quoting marketing research projects; assist managers in cost balancing and invoicing the project to the client.
