• Responsible for sourcing/ screening physician CVs, attracting qualified physicians and initial physician contact.
• Responsible for processes; interviews, hiring discussions, acceptance processes, relocation for physician and family.
• Maintain relationships with medical staff with a focus on retention.
*Hired as Physican Recruiter in 2001 upon relocation for marriage to Olean, NY from New York City. Was fully employed until 2005; moved to volunteer status while raising children.
