Manager of Content Strategy and Globalization

As a member of SAVO’s Product Management Department, I am responsible for defining and executing the technical documentation and the global content strategies for SAVO’s internal and external customers, assessing documentation and content needs for SAVO’s applications and assuming a lead role in decision making regarding best practices with new processes, procedures, and technology required for creating an excellent documentation and content strategy.
Also I am responsible for the future implementations and support of globalization technology and global information management (GIM) technology tools and processes, to provide strategic direction and cross-functional communication globally on the subject of globalization and GIM technology and processes, to create and track projects, generate workflows, troubleshoot, managing translation memories and glossaries, to implement globally aligned processes to produce consistent, predictable results, to provide strategy for optimizing the globalization and GIM technology and processes that are currently implemented at SAVO, to provide strategy and direction for the evolution of SAVO’s globalization, and to work closely with all SAVO departments (US and in-country).
