Primary focus includes strategic management of key stake holders who specialize in the Multiple Sclerosis marketplace. The southeast region consists of Fl., Ga., Al., MS., and SC, and the TLL works closely with the Area Business Director of 9-10 Key Account Managers. The TLL is responsible for:
- implementing programs, projects and regional initiatives in line with the brand strategy and sales goals.
- collaborates with sales, marketing, medical science and senior leadership to achieve quarterly goals of the sales team.
- a product, market and customer expert, and analyzes internal/external influences within the region to support sales ability to drive unit demand.
- provides regular feedback to cross functional teams to gain support and collaboration of regional activities.
- coordinate customer interactions at national and international congress meetings and internal ad boards.
- lead professional education dinner programs with key customers.
- travel required- 80 % field based, 10% home office, 10% internal meetings

The Field Marketing Manager reported to the Brand Marketing Team, providing regional projects within a specific region, working with 3 sales regions. The Southeast marketing coverage area included FL.,GA., AL.,TN.,KY., SC, NC., WV., VA., MD.,PA. and Washington, DC. The Field Marketer:
- developed pilot programs, identified key customers for regional ad boards, pulled through JRC materials and reviewed new marketing initiatives with customers.
- Participated in brand strategy development, and worked with external vendors in the creation of materials for the Southeast region.
- Supported field sales team with training and optimal roll out of materials. Also selected speakers and trained for commercial programming.
- Acted as the regional compliance liaison to assist sales team in clear understanding of legal and regulatory requirements with customer interactions.

This position consisted of 4 Field based Marketers, nationally. The Strategic Account Team was a specialized sales unit consisting of 20 field based members. Due to a company reorganization, the field marketing and strategic account team responsibilities merged into a new function. I was 1of 2 Field Marketers promoted based on individual successes with regional projects, understanding of brand strategy and product knowledge. The original team consisted of 20 TLLs and currently at 11 and aligned to match the sales regions.

The KAM works closely with the nursing, reimbursement and marketing team to ensure patient acquisition and retention in a highly competitive market. Programming, collaboration with non profit organizations and industry conferences are secondary responsibilities, but critical for success in sales position. Additionally, served as the Area Field Trainer for 2 years, and promoted to Field Marketing in 2011.

Responsible for sales in North Florida territory, focusing on Alzheimer's, Parkinson's Disease and Epilepsy products. Also acted as an area field trainer and mentor for new employees. Briefly sold in Oncology market as a result of a Neurology downsizing. Due to sales success and clinical background in Oncology, was promoted to sakes division in Atlanta, Ga. Responsible for sales in North Ga. and the Atlanta market. Participated in Oncology congress meetings, and the launch of 2 products. Returned to Neurology in 2004 due to professional developmental opportunity. Left position to pursue role at EMD Serono.

Primary therapist for large psychiatric firm, specialized in Neurodegerative diseases and chronic illness. Worked with adults and children with psychological disruptions due to medical crisis, chronic conditions and neurological disorders. Exclusive therapist contracted with the Comprehensive Cancer Center to provide counseling to Oncology patients and families. Created community based support programs and EAP services for local businesses. Conducted in services and lectures on mental disease education, emotional impact of chronic illnesses and mood disturbances with neurological conditions. Worked closely with insurance companies for reimbursement of clinical intervention. Maintained CME and ongoing education requirements.

Pearlman Comprehensive Cancer Center

Oncology Clinical Social Worker, Director of Therapeutic Services

Head of Counseling Services for patients and families coping with all types of cancer. Services included direct patient care, development and implementation of support groups, development of patient educational programs, collaborate with non profit agencies to provide direct services, and worked closely with pharmaceutical industry to provide supportive programs, education and product information. Department consisted of 3 employees and also provided internships to local college students. While acting as head of counseling program, I implemented a multi disciplinary team modeled after MD Anderson's standard of care. The MDT was comprised of MDs, NPs, Nurses, pharmacists, RDs, OCSW, chaplain and hospital support staff to evaluate the holistic needs of patient once treatment plan established by Tumor Board.
