Volunteer position with the Triathlon Club
Duties include, but not limited to
-Collecting, analyzing, interpreting and distributing information on membership
-Liaison between the Triathlon Club & The Ontario Association of Triathletes
-Prepare emergency documentations and prepare forms to sanction our workouts
-Promote a healthy lifestyle
-Provide support to members where needed
Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies.
Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, to determine materials requirements, and material priorities.
Plan and supervise the removal and repair of Pressure Relief Valves during planned outages.
Prepared bid documents and tracked contracts until completion for payment.
Reduced inventory shrinkage.

Collaborate daily with supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
Distribute production schedules, preventative maintenance reports and job orders to departments.

Provide support to certified trades through work planning and material procurement
Maintain maintenance records, labor and cost reports files.
Arrange for delivery, assembly, and distribution of supplies and parts in order to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.
Compile and prepare documentation related to production sequences, transportation, and purchase, maintenance, and repair orders.
Contact suppliers to coordinate production and shipping activities.
Perform certificate/surveillance audits against ISO 14001 requirements.
Attend monthly Health & Safety meetings.
Issue technical and deliverable documents and drawings to site contractors, construction management
Organizing master copy storage for all engineering documentation on site.
Provided support to Calstock first nation employees and their respected families.
Attended weekly progress meetings.
Prepared weekly status reports for shareholders.
Establish and manage processes for office operations such as supply ordering, service
