• Ensure that customer complaints/issues are handled promptly and diligently

• Facilitate the processing of various day to day general banking branch functions such as authorization of general banking transactions, Issuance of drafts and pay orders, issuance and delivering of cheque books, delivery of return cheques, general fund transfer, etc.
• Responsible for the safekeeping and issuance/activation/deletion of secure keys, web login, ATM cards, credit cards and maintains substantial documentation for the same
• Handles the account opening, closing and maintenance of personal and corporate accounts
• Prepare police report and maintains substantial documentation.
• Prepare credit report requests and follow-up from other banks.
• Takes special assignment as assigned by the Deputy Branch Manager
