Overall coordination and management of the summer Pre-Entry Program for incoming first year medical students, Introduction to Clinical Medicine Course for first year medical students and the Physical Diagnosis Course for second year medical students.

My duties are to create multiple student schedules for clinical practice sessions and exams using excel, leading sign-in and orientation for all sessions Using LXR exam software I create, prepare, administer and grade in-house examinations, maintain confidential examination question banks, administer exams prepared by the National Board of Medical Examiners and enter, post and maintain confidential student grades. Using Blackboard, I manage course evaluation processes, upload and update course information, create, post and grade online assignments, upload and edit various course documents, powerpoint presentations, syllabi, videos, and schedules. I schedule and confirm guest lecturers for all courses and set up AV equipment and power point presentations in lecture halls and classrooms.

I interact with multiple faculty and staff across multiple departments, coordinate a minimum of 485 medical students and 125 physicians per school year, and act as a liaison between physicians and students. I have experience with selecting and booking various caterers for orientation breakfasts for students, several training session luncheons for faculty preceptors, faculty and student dinners and end-of-program ceremonies and luncheons. I am responsible for the room set up and clean up, sign-in and preparation of all materials and handouts needed for training sessions and orientations.
