I am responsible for leading the HR projects for our clients. I do the analysis, design, scheduling, construction and delivery of solutions to meet the client's expectations. My duties include: managing and mentoring team of stakeholders assigned to project; execute and complete assigned projects within the time, scope, and budget negotiated with the client; evaluate existing systems and procedures making recommendations for improvement; design prototypes and proof of concepts that best fit the client's needs; ensure client's satisfaction until the project is complete.
Additionally, I am a soft-skills corporate trainer. I also like to take motivation and life coaching training assignments especially for working and non working women.
