My work helps people love their work

HR Business Partner

Every day in my job is different, which it what makes it so much fun.

At any given moment, I could be:
Meeting with leaders to plan their team's talent strategy
Coaching managers through organizational change
Guiding tricky performance management conversations
Listening to associates discuss how their want to grow their careers

HR Emerging Leaders Associate

This international rotational program was an amazing firestarter for my career, and quickly confirmed my excitement for HR. I rotated through roles as an HR Business Partner, Compensation Manager, and Learning & Development Associate, and came out with both a broad and deep understanding of our function.

Working from offices in Chicago, New York, Shanghai was a dream!

Northwestern University

Bachelor of Science, Learning & Organizational Change

A typical (real!) day at Northwestern for Megan:

Morning: Take all the early classes and lectures, revel in finding a major that will actually turns my interests into a career

Afternoon: Sailing practice on Lake Michigan, get elected President of my favorite club sport

Evening: Come home to a house filled with supportive gal pals, lead our sorority's chapter through an abundant year for recruitment

ni hao, China!

In 2016, I lived in Shangai, China with my eyes wide open and with rose-colored glasses on the entire time. From living alone in a very foreign country, trying indistinguishable foods, travelling to places I'd never heard of, and learning to work in a whole new environment, every moment was filled with adventure and new things to learn.

Now all I have to do is get back!

you'll find me near the water

Growing up on Long Island Sound, I spent every summer in Junior Sailing and fell in love with the spirit and friendships I found in the sport.

Now, you'll find me sailing and racing every chance I get. In Chicago, I get to walk from my office to the Lake on summer evenings, and keep racing on the weekends through fall until we're frozen in.
