Full Life-cycle recruiter and team lead for cyber security recruitment across the US. I handle the day to day client and candidate interaction from sourcing to negotiating complex offers. My time is split 50/50 across account management / client development and candidate generation / control.
With a 96% offer acceptance rate I am one of the top biller's globally every quarter.
My clients span across large financial services firms, healthcare organizations, hedge funds, Big 4 consultancies, start up management consulting firms and specialized technology companies. I am an expert at client development and very knowledgeable in complex offers that include stock options, equity and long term incentive plans.
I do not look at recruitment as a pure sales role. I am a talent adviser and genuinely work my hardest to learn what the client wants, who the candidate is and if it is a mutual beneficial match. There is nothing worse then working with a recruiter that doesn't have your best interest in mind!
