3rd year consultant with work across multiple roles and industries including financial services and healthcare. This has included requirements gathering and design phases as well as end-to-end system testing for enhancements to an insurance policy administration system as well as functional gap analysis and requirements documentation for a platform consolidation at a major PBM corporation. Most recently this work has involved higher-level strategic planning for a new phase of this consolidation including time and resource allocation, system analyses, etc. All work has been highly client-facing with interaction with client resources up to the senior leadership level.
Mid-Range Insurance Policy Administration Implementation
-Delivery lifecycle experience for enhancements to a policy administration implementation at a mid-range insurance client in the US.
-Worked on functional design through testing and led a team of 5 offshore resources in test case creation, execution, and defect resolution.
Large Retail Pharmacy/PBM IT Platform Consolidation
-Managed functional design for data warehousing, clinical programs, finance, and reporting and identified gaps between the existing platforms and target platforms for these four areas.
-Provided regular status updates to senior project leadership regarding migration readiness for reporting and finance activities (including data readiness and integrity, billing setup, and claims extract files).
-Facilitated high-level planning for pre-migration readiness for the functional areas listed above (resource/time estimation and allocation, metrics/attributes analyses, etc.).
