Manage office for a 600 bed luxury student housing facility in Slippery Rock. Enthusiastically promote a productive team work environment and a culture of customer service. Drive team to meet or exceed quarterly sales, marketing, and facility goals. Plan and execute events that promote property to target demographic with on and off events. Manage our site’s sales progress, workflow and provided motivation to reach those goals. Manage budget, payroll, marketing and leasing, contracting for outside services, and staff supervision. Establish relationships with University and business owners to enhance marketing efforts.
