The primary responsibility of this role was to manage, retain, grow and satisfy Yahoo’s most critical customer business relationship. Clients were made up of Fortune 200-500 companies of display advertisers.

Processed and responded to RFP’s for designated sales team members
Assisted advertisers' accounts in reaching their marketing goals, and communicated these strategies to the client proactively.
Proactively created strategic recommendations and implemented display solutions for each client.
Worked side by side with Account Executives and Ad partners to sell into new business and assist with up-selling existing clients
Expanded relationships to build and maintain deep-level partnerships.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of all internal systems to respond to general and specialized client requests, including campaign performance, reporting, creative inquiries, 3rd Party Billing inquiries, etc.
Booked & managed campaigns and sponsorships through the entire Campaign Life Cycle, utilizing Yahoo's support teams.
Worked with internal partner teams to ensure campaigns are booked and managed properly, including Price & Yield Management, Ad Operations, Business Development, Legal, and Revenue Operations.
Monitored campaign delivery, addressed delivery issues, and implemented optimization plans on a proactive basis.
Focused on client retention, growth, renewal, and client satisfaction.
