Provide a wide range of human resources support and leadership to the various departments in the School of Pharmacy for employee relations resolutions, salary administration, performance management, benefits administration and staffing needs. Support strategic business initiatives by proofing and reviewing financial documents, budget spreadsheets, and creating supporting documentation. Partner with Compensation on reassignment requests, job re-evaluations and background investigations issues. Handle and partner with the Employee Labor Relations department on resolutions for employee work performance, FMLA, disciplinary and grievance resolutions and public health concerns. Research employee overpayment issues due to FMLA processes, incorrect termination dates, and leave balances. Communicate and partner with Payroll department on processing overpayments, leave balances and begin collection processes via payroll deductions.
