Hunting new sales opportunities for sales, while selling and supporting customers in the IT technology area. Responsible for driving outbound marketing campaigns and support of installed base calling efforts. The inside opportunity manager works collaboratively with Microsoft Partners to drive marketing programs, lead qualification, demand generation, sales initiatives, demo development, sales support, and driving incremental revenue, all while working closely with internal and external Microsoft customers in the Whitespace and TeleSAM network.

Checking for software licensing and compliance as well as cybersecurity screening with existing Microsoft customers.

Successfully communicate with contacts via the phone on a daily basis Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward client and coworkers Identify and qualify the key aspects of a potential lead, including need, budget, time frame and decision maker General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn about individual systems and products quickly, and accurately, for marketing purposes Meet regular quotas of calls and qualified leads Communicate information about calls accurately and effectively to the management and clients Daily time management and the ability to work independently or under supervision Manage client relationships

Proficient in Big Data and Data Analytics product knowledge, and Epicor ERP Systems, Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
