1) Sales and marketing of polymer products such as Epoxy Flooring, Industrial Coatings, Epoxy and Polyurethane Coatings to customers in assigned countries mainly Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and China.
2) Handle customers’ inquiries technical information.
3) Enhance relationships and increase revenue growth from existing customers
4) Work closely with regional associates to derive marketing plans tailored to their local markets.
To develop market insights and identify opportunities to drive regional synergy and collaboration
5) Provide support in developing leads generating on and offline marketing campaigns, leveraging a mix of traditional and new approaches.
6) Understand the regional market needs; keep abreast of technology developments/trends and competitive situation.
7) Manage with external vendors to ensure the quality of work for outsourced projects, adequate resources are available during various phases of the project.
8) Liaise with team members to ensure that all tasks and deliverable are proceeding according to schedule.
9) Coordinate with HQ (RPM-Belgium) and sales companies on global and regional website to make sure marketing tools and updates are calibrated.
