Responsible for executing global process and productivity initiatives for the Western Union Regional Operating Center located in San Jose (Costa Rica), while also synchronize improvement and across-site integration opportunities with the other captive Regional Operating Centers.

Main responsibilities:
• Portfolio Management for Process Improvement (DMAIC) initiatives & Project Management initiatives for Operations
• Design and Implement Labor Capacity Modeling for Accounting-Finance & Operations team (Productivity Management)
• Cost Savings Identification and initiatives assessment for Operations
• Process evaluation and improvement opportunities identification for Agent Lifecycle, CFO, Agent Care, Digital and IT Organizations in LAROC (25 different initiatives in 2.5 years – impact of $720 K)
• Manage SFM agreements
• Implementation of operative dashboards - KPI's monitoring for Operations and P2P teams
• Implementation and process definition for PBC (Process Based Costing) at Regional Operational Centers (Costa Rica and Lithuania), implementation in 3 key functional areas: Settlement Accounting, Digital Operations and Agent Life Cycle
• Support functional areas with process and procedures documentation
• Provide training at corporate level for Process Improvement, Project Management, Lean & Six Sigma Methodologies
• Implementation and Core Processes definition for Productivity Management at LAROC, implementation in 3 key functional areas: CFO (12 subareas – Finance/Accounting), Agent Life Cycle (LDB - Operations), BPM (Support team) and Digital Operations (DRT - Operations), leading to better resource utilization, process improvement initiatives identification and reduction of non-value added/nonproductive activities, in addition to increasing in average productivity by 15% on each organization (293 associates)
