• Serves as a liaison between the Director of Training and the Fulfillment Center
• Manages and facilitates the design and development of training curriculum
• Manages timelines and deadlines, by tracking projects and schedules
• Oversees the design, development, and delivery of training and informational materials
• Maintains quality and standards of all training materials
• Provides design guidance related to the development of training
• Assists Managers in the coaching of employees
• Conducts training needs analysis with business functional managers
• Manages the overall implementation of assigned learning programs
• Strong project management, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
• Solid understanding and application of adult learning principles and training methodology
• Creates training plans as needed for new or ongoing initiatives including staff on-boarding
• Proven ability to design and develop competency-based learning solutions to close gaps between current and desired skill levels
• Oversees the creation of high quality, detailed and clear training materials including PPTs, worksheets, presenters’ and participants’ guides/agendas and writing templates
• Establishes and fosters a culture of training across the organization, in which training is seen not just as a skill development tool, but also as an engagement tool and an opportunity to support the organizational culture
• Develops staff members across departments as trainers by involving them in the training creation and implementation process, providing feedback, and by establishing training practice as a norm
• Participates in startup of new initiatives for US and Canada by creating and/or maintaining training materials
