• Manage the @WeWorkLA social media team and channel including strategy and content creation.
• Effectively managed and developed teams, fostering their growth in the company. Successfully have developed four team members from entry level to junior and upper management roles.

Matthew Jones is a Director/Producer/Writer with credits that include his short films Be the Man (DGA Student Film Award) and Choices (Caucus Foundation Grant Recipient). Matthew’s films have screened at film festivals worldwide including as well as television on BET’s “Lens on Talent” and Aspire TVs “ABFF Independent”. His producing credits include "A Quiet Fire" recipient of The Sirrocco Award at the AOF Film Festival, as well as TV work on specials for the films "Miami Vice" and "Idlewild" under FGW Productions for Universal Pictures. His current work includes writing and directing his first feature film "Rainbow", coming in 2018.
