In my current position I am responsible for managing the daily store operations. The responsibilities of my position include, but are not limited to, scheduling the work hours of 6 employees, making liaison with our Regional sales director and corporate offices for the provisioning of everchanging product lines, shipping and receiving, merchandising, monitoring customer service and satisfaction while correcting deficiencies that may occur. In addition to these tasks I screen and hire new employees as well as manage the sales of our constantly changing target products. I am currently running sales 11.3% comp. which is the highest in my region. In addition to running one of the highest volume stores in the region I also plan in store marketing events and hold regional training seminars as the lead trainer.
