The Country Network

Responsible for all areas of creative production: video, graphic design, print design, and web programming. Built the network (originally "Artists & Fans Network") from the ground up, both creative and infrastructure for broadcast delivery and mobile/web delivery. Co-created groundbreaking broadcast and digital content delivery system utilizing multiple solutions including Kit Digital, Ooyala, Broadview, and Kulabyte. Created all branding elements for The Country Network. Managed creative staff (internal creative staff and external contractors) to create and implement facets of TCN creative and branding assets in a timely and efficient manner while retaining the high-quality aesthetics of the network. Responsible for daily management of deliverables. Created/co-created all shows on the network. Wrote/produced/directed network shows to service network and advertiser/sponsor needs. Accomplished goals on extremely frugal budget with no drop in quality. Created a one-of-a-kind 24/7 live stream simulcast of the broadcast experience by piecing together myriad elements. Crafted local and national creative elements for air/sales use. Created logo and branding elements for Artists & Fans Network. Created logo and branding elements for American Music Video Network. Created on-air branding and promotional material. Redesigned website to incorporate live streaming feed, picture galleries, and video players. Created billboards and print materials for AFN.
