-Led the global, indirect procurement function during the rapid expansion of Onyx’s geographic footprint and spend profile (78% growth in total spend, 2012-2013)

-Developed sustainable and scalable contingent labor practices during commodity growth of 227%. Results included reduced program liability for Onyx, standardized global reporting, and a 427% increase in cost savings since launch of the program

-Transformed Onyx’s local credit card programs to one centralized, global solution and realized a 12% efficiency gain in procurement operations throughput while increasing corporate adoption by nearly 100%

-Positioned Onyx for a 25-30% reduction in travel spend in 2014 due to consolidation of global travel management providers, implementation of global travel policy, and direct negotiation with travel partners (airlines, hotels, rental cars). Managed commodity during a nearly 300% increase in global travel activity

-Designated for international assignment in Basel, Switzerland to lead the European credit card roll-out and implementation. Worked with individual country General Managers to ensure a smooth transition and timely go-live to capture 90% of total spend in 12 countries

-Developed and implemented the North American fleet program for Genentech during the field sales force integration with Roche. Responsibilities included consolidation of fleet management companies, cost containment, and policy development and implementation. Identified cost savings of nearly 18% and increased fleet fuel efficiency from 18.2 mpg to 25.6 in 18 months

-Selected as procurement lead for the sourcing of a recruitment process outsource (RPO) supplier for a $2B commercial drug launch. Capability requirements included the possession of infrastructure capable of filling 2500 zip-code specific field sales roles in 12 weeks in order to ensure a timely and effective launch

-Acted as engagement manager responsible for teams of 4-7 consultants/subject matter experts. Responsibilities included developing engagement strategy, scheduling, contract and budget management, execution, deliverable management, and stakeholder reporting

-Conducted organizational and operational assessment for a global, not-for-profit, telecommunications organization with a combined procurement spend of $8B. The project included a detailed organizational assessment, comprehensive benchmarking analysis, and generation of a global strategic growth and development plan. As a result, the new organization realized a 37% annual increase in member retention.

-Worked with over 40 small to mid-size businesses on growth positioning, building scalable operations, and the realization of efficiency gains
