-Designated for international assignment in Basel, Switzerland to lead the European credit card roll-out and implementation. Worked with individual country General Managers to ensure a smooth transition and timely go-live to capture 90% of total spend in 12 countries

-Developed and implemented the North American fleet program for Genentech during the field sales force integration with Roche. Responsibilities included consolidation of fleet management companies, cost containment, and policy development and implementation. Identified cost savings of nearly 18% and increased fleet fuel efficiency from 18.2 mpg to 25.6 in 18 months

-Selected as procurement lead for the sourcing of a recruitment process outsource (RPO) supplier for a $2B commercial drug launch. Capability requirements included the possession of infrastructure capable of filling 2500 zip-code specific field sales roles in 12 weeks in order to ensure a timely and effective launch
