Roy’s is a very unique fine dining experience. As a rare four-star restaurant in the Chandler area, they provide superior service combined with unbelievably fresh, well made, and flavorful Pacific Rim, Asian, and European fusion cuisine.
•When I first started at this company over eight years ago, I had very little understanding of wine, spirits, beer, food, and culinary techniques. Paired with my desire to be a professional at whatever I do, my ability to learn quickly, proactively, and confidently has turned me in to the “go to” expert at my restaurant in industry knowledge.
•Be the voice of the restaurant and the brand, and represent the brand and ideals of the company, by ways of thinking and acting quickly to promote new relationships and sales, as well as acting with tact and grace when needing to resolve customer issues.
•Working cooperatively with other trainers, managers, and team members to identify ongoing training and support needs and requirements.
•Facilitate the training and development of new team members and current staff.
•Produce consistently high sales through incomparable customer service and product knowledge in the areas of wine, liquor, spirits, beer, and food.
•Constant research of current trends, methods, and techniques within the industry to maintain the current standards of my restaurant and our guests.
•Participate in cross-functional teamwork with management and chef team by assisting with the development of special events (wine dinners, liquor paring classes, cocktail events, chef dinners).
•Research and design of service oriented pamphlets and hand-outs to help maximize staff performances.
