Founded at Advertising Week 2010, the Advertising Week Social Club (AWSC) is a collective of over 100 social contributors from around the world. From students to seasoned pros, the AWSC is dedicated to creating content that both celebrates and captures the culture of the Advertising and Communications industry.

I began writing with the Advertising Social Club upon graduating college and entering the industry as a Junior Strategist. I write from my perspective on all things strategy, stress, passion, perception, and how they relate to my career.

Creative Cultural Strategist

Upon being promoted from a Cultural Strategy intern in May of 2012, I played an integral part in the creation and development of sparks & honey from the start in the areas of strategy, insights, methodology, content development, and the overall s&h brand identity.

My role as a Creative Cultural Strategist was one that infused both creative strategy and insight. My work included but was not limited to: digital and cultural strategy for Hyatt, DePuy, At&t, Fruttare, Gaiam, Disney, Acura, Life is Good, Clinique, and others. I also conducted research for macro trend analysis, inspiration workshop ideation, future facing trend forecasting, social media content creation, client and internal facing idea mapping, and wireframe visuals unique to the s&h methodology.
