• Responsible for creating member events and activities and assists with information dissemination on F&B promotions which will contribute to the Club’s profitability, social and cultural events.
• To establish and maintain an effective events and activities program to uphold the good image and increase member usage of the Club.
• Coordinate and oversee all events and activities with all Department Heads and Management.
• Ensures Club events and activities are communicated through effective distribution channels via fax, email, monthly calendar, newsletter, posters, flyers and other collateral materials to members and Tower Club associates, including email and fax messages.

• Solicits sponsorship for all events. (Entertaining sponsors and/or members should be very limited and needs prior approval of the General Manager. Avoid meetings in the outlets, make use of the Library Section instead of the club for discussion and/or meetings.)
• Acts as the point person in communicating and coordinating all club information (F&B promotions, member events and activities) and ensures maximum media mileage and press relation.
• Coordinates information for the Club newsletter and ensures timely distribution to members.
• Finalizes all copies of promotional materials. Establishes timely deadlines of said materials and liaises with printers, writers’ sponsors and other suppliers.
• Establishes contacts with members and renders assistance when and where necessary as Social Officer of the Club.
• Be conversant with all Club facilities, programs and promotions. Acts as primary point of contact on all concerns pertaining to the membership.
• Creates a club such as book club, fashion club, gourmet club, wine club and prepares the start up and gets members to chair these clubs and promotes the “get together” of these clubs.
