Manhattan Associates

In my current job I am a consultant for Manhattan Associates (MA) working on an implementation of their e-commerce software. While at MA I have worked in a variety of departments and products supporting industries such as automotive, pharmaceutical, and retail. I supported our sales team doing research on prospects, maintained our Salesforce accounts for our operations department, all while testing software across 4 products and 3 clients. I have worked across these categories in software design, sales pitches, and technical support for domestic and international clients. Quickly moving around the products at my company has enhanced my ability to jump right into the middle of a project, catch up, and start contributing right away.

University of Florida

Bachelor of Science, Industrial & Systems Engineering

Since middle school I've been interested in making everything more efficient and optimizing everything I touch. At the University of Florida I majored in Industrial & Systems engineering with a minor in sales engineering and business administration. I developed an interest in data analysis and sales after working as an industrial engineer for the reservations call center at Disney World as a student. I returned to campus to help create the Society of Sales Engineers at the University of Florida. This organization is still in existence today, educating students on the career path of a sales engineer and bringing speakers to campus.

Sikorsky Aircraft

Industrial Engineer - Intern

At Sikorsky Aircraft's manufacturing plant in West Palm Beach I worked to oversee the production line of CH-53K helicopters for the Canadian Maritime Helicopter Program.

The Walt Disney Company

Industrial Engineering Co-Op

For three semesters I was an industrial engineering co-op at Walt Disney World in Florida. Each semester I rotated onto different teams within the IE department, acting as an internal consultant. In the IE department at Disney I worked in project management from a building construction and space planning perspective, sales operations for their reservations call center, and performed operations studies on attractions in all four theme parks. It was here that I learned how to develop my own A/B scenarios to test hypothesis and then analyze the data. My co-op work at Disney sparked my interest in data science and analysis and opened my eyes to how valuable it is across every department of an organization.
