Manage all security components of a large hotel chain using McAfee centralized enterprise solutions. Scan primary hotel networks to identify rogue network devices, unsecured systems and software, and deviations from standards and formulate compliance reports. Ensure that all workstations and servers are reporting into the centralized management tools (McAfee and Kaseya). Schedule and perform configurations of Windows 2003 and 2008 servers to ensure that proper security and standards are enforced. Validate, process, and manage requests to create custom allow/block policies for web sites to ensure maximum hotel personnel productivity. Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot any cases generated by voicemail, phone calls, and emails that are assigned to the support queue.
