I worked as an administrators assistant but in my last year at the company I managed the admin department. My principal duties were the following - incoming and outgoing calls, email and post, contacting clients,providers and third parties, also ordering office stationery, welcoming clients, entering data on Proclaim (database) and delegating work to others to ensure admin meets deadlines.
Regarding my paralegal experience in PI claims (specially rta accidents) my duties were: setting up claims, settling MOJ portal claims up to stage 2, arranging medical appointments and vehicle inspections, requesting police and medical reports. I have also dealt with MIB claims.
I have managed to combine both roles and performed them to a high standard. Also, I have assisted solicitors on their outstanding task.
