Chief Operations Officer

My overall goal and responsibility as the Chief Operations Officer for The Healthy America Initiative is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

My other duties include :

Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Assist CEO in fundraising ventures
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
Manage relationships with partners/vendors

North Carolina State University

Operations Coordinator-Centennial Campus

Serve as a key coordinator of the NC State University Student Centers team with roles in Carol Johnson Poole Club House,Park Alumni Center and Hunt Library.

Serve as a critical link between the closing crew and opening crews ensuring events are supported as required in all Centennial Campus facilities.

Create and review task lists for Event Support Team

In collaboration with event support team,conduct training on room and equipment setup

Provide support to event clients

Serve as a liaison to Dock Manager for pickup/delivery of takeout equipment

Provide task lists as needed to the Building Manager and Event Techs to address common areas

Assist with the management, placement and removal of signage

YMCA of the Triangle

Equipment Manager

Responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the operations of all equipment for effective maintenance and repair programs, equipment safety programs and equipment use on company job sites. Technical adviser on all equipment issues and assists management team with equipment budgets and potential equipment purchases.
