Provided social media monitoring, execution, and strategy services for a variety clients, including Dave & Buster's, Rent-A-Center, Zipcar, Domino's Pizza, and Six Flags Over Texas.
Helped conceptualize social marketing campaigns and tactics with equal emphasis on engagement and ROI.
Used social media listening tools Radian6 and Alterian SM2 on a daily basis to track and report on integrated campaigns that extended to various channels, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Foursquare.
Developed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports complete with analysis and insight around how/where/when clients' brands were being discussed online.
Maintained communication calendars and brand messaging within social media platforms for clients such as Dave & Buster's and The Cheesecake Factory.

• Loading all necessary software/applications onto computers
• Setting up teachers' user/email accounts on their personal machine
• Setting up student accounts on all student computers and put restrictions in place

Completed a number of miscellaneous projects at the request of the Director of Operations as well as various faculty members, including:
• Separating all deliveries into groups based on the department they are assigned to
• The demolition and/or construction of numerous pieces of office furniture
• Repainting interior office walls
• Miscellaneous upkeep and maintenance to the campus barn and playgrounds
