Work closely with business clients to develop process and domain models which define requirements to meet their needs. Create applications which meet these defined needs and create documentation to provide efficient support in order to meet defined service-level agreements (SLAs). Primarily function as a business analyst and developer for clients in order to support the electrical power grid for over 1.1 million Wisconsin residents.
I am heavily involved in and excited for corporate initiatives such as the Integration Competency center focused on Web Service Integration, the Software Development Lifecycle project which has recently focused on defined our CMMI level, and setting the direction for new technology within our workgroup. This includes research on Entity Framework, Knockout, MVC and developer-to-client relations for requirements gathering in a more Agile framework.
A variety of skills have been used in support of my job, some of which include:
Sparx Enterprise Architect 8.0;
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005-2012;
Oracle PL/SQL; and
Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio and Project).
