My responsibilities as a Training General Manager include but are not limited to:
Controlling P&L numbers for the entire store.
Scheduling, training, and managing of up to 50 people.
Inventorying the entire store product weekly.
Projecting and ordering of the store products.
Training of new general managers for other stores in the company.
Assuring proper training of customer service practices from crew and management.
Creation and implementation of training programs for the company.
Sales building: averaging a 6% sale increase over the past 2 years.
Setting up PR events for company such as parade involvements and donations.
Setting up and maintaining accounts with repair companies for restaurant equipment maintenance.
