I served as Lead to a team of Marines responsible for the day-to-day administration and support for non-commissioned officers (NCO) by providing assistance as needed.
My responsibilities included asset inventory, documentation, scheduling as needed reports to management, following the code and conduct for Marine Corps, as well as the overall maintenance and administration of various devices handed out to the Marines.
At AM, Incorporated, as Project Manager, I was responsible for the day-to-day development and management of various complex projects focused on improving business objectives in order to increase revenue and ROI (return on investments). As Project Manager, I researched and created proposals for future projects and provided assistance in the selection of projects, determining appropriate team members, as well as the hiring and training of new personnel. I also was responsible for client support and relations, documentation, scheduling, and compiling reports for upper management.
As Project Manager, I oversaw small projects with a budgetary allowance of $10,000 to large scale projects with budgets of $500,000. I successfully facilitated and coordinated projects for my company by providing direction and support for the design and development of each project based on the needs of our clients. I was also able to ensure that projects were completed under budget by developing strong relationships with our vendors and subcontractors; as well as on schedule by working alongside clients and architects to help provide timely resolution of potential issues and requests.
Additionally, I was responsible for the administration and maintenance of five facilities, ensured proper safety guidelines for workers, proper functionality, asset inventory, desktop service/support, setup of various peripheral devices including: mobile devices, laptops, phones, printers, etc. for VPN, Windows Server 2003, and email exchange.

• Responsibilities included maintaining organization of all devices directly or indirectly connected to the company, documentation for claims, was the primary liaison between the company and government agencies, maintenance of facility, add moves/changes, vendor relations, asset inventory and following company policies and procedures.

As Client Relations and Support, I was a lead to a team of account executives responsible for the day-to-day consultation of large financial institutions on a variety of financial products and services. As part of Client Relations, I provided ongoing support to our clients in order to create mutually beneficial relationships and increase the return of investment (ROI).
I also was responsible for the documentation on accounts, drafting and adjusting documents as need for increased communication between clients and provider. I also set up and installed software and hardware on PCs and other peripheral devices as needed.
Assisting technicians in the field with installation, migrations, and upgrades in multiple technologies, in which are but not limited to MPLS change over, Installation configuration and troubleshooting VoIP, demarc extensions. Communicating effectively with technicians, peers, and team lead to ensure the highest quality of service.

As a Contractor at LAN/WAN Professional, I am member of a large team of Network Professionals including administrators, engineers, consultants, analysts and architects. As a member of the team, I have worked with various technologies including: routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, Cisco Security and Wireless devices, Cisco VoIP products, network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. I have also configured switches with VLAN’s, STP, VTP and Port Security, as well as implemented Network Address Translation using Static NAT and Dynamic NAT.
I also have experience in setting up site-to-site VPN’s and Zone based Firewalls, configuring Frame-relay and PPP encapsulation in various configurations and authentications. I have also configured RIP, EIGRP and OSPF routing protocols in complex network environments with summarized networks, passive interfaces, load balancing / load sharing, authentication, as well as implemented IPv6 with RIPng, EIGRPv6 and OSPFv3 routing between networks. Lastly, I have used Cisco Unity Configuration Manager Express to configure and manage small VoIP installations with basic phone and Voice Mail services, as well as other peripherals containing VoIP.
