At this position, I learned to understand database structures; design and work with mainframe screens; read, write, research, and understand business specifications; document project work; and develop project documentation.

I was required to demonstrate problem resolution, analytical, research, and project management skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. Furthermore, I utilized and regularly practiced teamwork, high levels of customer service, flexibility and adaptability, and decision making under supervision.

At this postion I assisted sales and marketing management with communicative media and advertising materials. I helped to effectively and efficiently represent the company's products and services to both existing and potential customers.
