Responsible for working with LTC communities on a consulting basis in the areas of clinical operations, QAPI, and compliance in a long term care setting.

Assists in clinical program development in relevant areas, to help establish the company as the leading resource for larger systems to utilize for certain operational areas

Responsible for working at client locations, and speaking at industry conferences when necessary

Monitors the overall clinical operation of assigned communities in accordance with residents’ needs, government regulations and company policies so as to maintain excellent care for the residents while achieving the community’s business objectives

Monitors each community’s activities, communicates policies, provides feedback, and assists, coaches, and trains as needed

Conducts regular rounds to monitor delivery of care, effective coordination with other support services, the cleanliness and appearance of the residents, morale of staff and to ensure residents’ needs are being addressed in a proactive manner

Develops positive relationships on behalf of the company with the residents, government regulators, and families

Assists the communities in writing both Plan of Corrections and Informal Dispute Resolutions (IDR)/Independent Dispute Resolutions (IIDR) and submitting to the health department
