Senior HR Partner providing strategic direction and operational support for HR services to the entire Shared Services Platform organization. Partnerships with the Heads of Global Services HR Operations, Central Functions Financial Shared Services, Global Services HR Information Technology, Supply Chain Management Shared Services, and Business Process Services and US site leadership in a consultant capacity, driving employee dimensions of the business strategy while being an advocate for employees. Additionally support 300+ employees with day to day HR solutions. Previously responsible for the Power System Sales and Energy Solutions organizations, providing guidance to 110 leaders and 500+ geographically dispersed employees (2011–2015) and to the Human Resources organization, including the U.S. Chief Human Resources Officer, 12 top HR executives, and 85 leaders and 400+ employees across the US (2015-2016).
Member of the Advanced Manufacturing Partnership (AMP) 2.0 White House initiative that is a collaborate effort comprised of representatives from six private sector companies, five universities, two community colleges and one union. AMP 2.0 is a cross-sector, national effort to secure United States leadership in creating high-quality manufacturing jobs and enhance America’s global competitiveness. As a member of the Regional Apprenticeship/Internship Models team, developed the framework and content for Employer’s Playbook for Building an Apprenticeship Program. This comprehensive, easy-to-use guide is the first ever of its kind in the United States and provides instructions on how to create an apprenticeship program from beginning to end. This enables private sector employers of all sizes to secure their talent pipeline by creating scalable and sustainable apprenticeship programs. Dates: March 2014 - December 2014.
