Pizza Ranch Inc.

Sioux Falls, South Dakota Area

Working in the restaurants industry, I work with a lot of teenagers who struggle through adolescence trying to figure out who they want to be. My passion is to show them how strong they are, and teach them work and life skills they can take implement into their home life and career.

My Professional Goals

Goal #1: Inspire someone

Inspiration goes a long way. As I coach management trainees to begin their careers, I hope to inspire them to live their life for Christ and to do everything with love.

Goal #2: Never Stop Learning

Having a growth mindset opens so many doors to opportunities. We continue to learn because we never know everything, and having a fixed mindset keeps us from becoming better.

Goal #3: Dress for Success

Having works many different hours, long nights and early mornings, I know how easy it is to simply put a pony tail and go to work. By taking the time to look my best every day, I am more outgoing and productive, because I feel my best, rather than just feeling okay.

The Power of Vulnerabilty

Vulnerability is the core of shame and fear, but also the birth place of joy, creativity, belonging and love. While it's not comfortable, it's necessary.

Assistant General Manager

I started with Pizza Ranch when I was 15, and could not be more proud of the company I work for. I excel in Customer Service, and have gained skills in marketing, hiring/training, and organization. I worked with many teenagers for whom this was their first job, so it took a lot of patience to help them learn responsibility and good work ethics.

Pizza Ranch Inc.

Administrative Assistant

This is the start of a career that will take me to amazing places. I work with many different people doing many different things, learning what areas I excel in. No task is too menial for me, and while I am extremely grateful for where I am, I will never cease to push for more.
