I was in charge of payroll, scheduling, of 20-30 employees. I also was in charge of hiring, training and development of new team members and management team.
I had the responsibility of making bank deposits, change orders and all cash handling procedures in the restaurant. I did inventory every week. As well as food , smallware and uniform orders. I overlooked that all food safety procedures were in place and ultimately that we serve hot quality food to our customers. And finally I took care of any customer concerns and complaints.
