Product Development Intern

• Became very familiar with Agile Product Development
• Planned and became head person of contact for an Agile training event for the whole of j2 Global with the outside vendor cPrime

• Spearheaded the development of the Click to Call feature starting with a project requirements document then translating that into user stories and finally leading meetings with our engineering team

• Used social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter as well as word of mouth techniques to spread awareness of Zipcar
• Generated publicity by distributing Zipcar materials to students on campus
• Created specific strategy that targeted key leaders in residences and persuaded them to use Zipcar. Once leaders had been converted to Zipcar users, we threw marketing events in residences to spread the word about Zipcar. Residents saw first hand the benefits of Zipcar by simply looking at the leaders.
