Head of Partnerships & Programme Manager - Next Tech Girls (Interim)

Brought on board to build a new Gender Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) concept - Next Tech Girls - for technology recruitment firm, Empiric, Tourstan Group.

This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme places young schoolgirls into tech work experiences and as a result increases the number of UK Apprentices and the future tech talent pipeline.

Building out the vision into concrete deliverables, I developed and executed the client and programme strategy, driving new business and establishing strong relationships with C-suite executives of corporations, Founders of Tech-led Start-ups and CSR Leaders.

Growing the programme in London from a standing start to achieve the company's first year goals and metrics in less than 7 months, I have created partnerships with firms such as Vodafone, Virgin Money, Wayra Telefonica, BNP Paribas, TCS and Snupps.

Shortlisted as one of two companies for the Diversity and Inclusion Award 2016 by APSCo Awards for Excellence.

Executing Senior Executive Search mandates, I work across geographical borders and industry sectors, with a specialist focus on recruiting Technology Executives.

In an in-house capacity I advise on recruitment strategies, employer branding and recruitment retention initiatives, developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and delivering more extensive sourcing initiatives to increase pipeline, shortlist quality and reduced time to hire.

Designed and developed an innovative web based recruiting platform, connecting employers to candidates via a peer-to-peer network.
