Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensuring managers are up to date with changes to any policies and working with senior managers, coaching them and advising on all people issues. Maintaining pay plan and benefits program. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues as well as managing the recruitment and selection process.
