Guest Service/ Merchandising Brand

Started in August 2004 in Clarksville, upon moving to Spring Hill in 2007 I transferred to Franklin. Then promoted within to Spring Hill as Electronics Brand then onto Guest Service Attendant. Recently my role has changed into Merchandising, and stay partially active in previous role.
As Guest Service Attendant, my role is on rotation as shift leader day/night and morning Cash Balance team member. My specific responsibilities include maintaining store equipment, training new team members, enforcing policy standards, and resolving negative guest experience to positively impact sales.
The role of Merchandising Brand, specifically in Shoes is important for company image. Setting new and maintaining sets, staying on task and within time specified for projects. Leading direction for team and working with them in finishing and understanding their tasks.
