I provide consulting and mico-consulting services for startups, non-profits, and businesses to accelerate their growth, financial success, and social impact. Consulting can be project-based as well as in the form of micro-consulting when you need access to specific knowledge and expert advice (typically 1-3 hour sessions). I’m an author and speaker on topics related to psychological development, career advancement, and the future of work. In my last book, The Turbulent Twenties Survival Guide, I took a psychological approach to teaching readers the foundations of personal, social, and professional development. Its publication provided me with a platform for sharing my knowledge and ideas via another key skill of mine – speaking and storytelling. I regularly give college presentations and keynotes on career development, effective social networking, and personal branding. + As a Senior Research Analyst, I led initiatives on creative technology integration and developing innovative strategies for gathering, analyzing, and sharing qualitative and quantitative data about the learning experiences of 3.3 million girls and adults. As part of this integration, I created education materials and training tools to increase employee adoption of the system such as in-person and web-based trainings, interactive online communities, as well as one-on-one and group mentoring sessions.

+ As a Technology Strategist, I led diverse teams of IT strategists and Girl Scout Council CEOs to develop technology strategies for the Girl Scout Movement. In this role I managed a high-performance strategy teams in conducting a Situational Analysis that included internal and external research on emerging trends as well as competitive and gap analyses.

+ In my Learning & Organizational Development role developed and facilitated cross-functional and multi-generation trainings and events that have led to the creation of facilitator and participation guides, learning maps, technology integration strategies, as well as worked with interactive theater firms to teach employees how to effectively build multi-generational teams.
