Coordinating marketing and communications for the Conservation Trust’s brand: Para la Naturaleza. Developing the marketing and communications strategic plan, as well as overseeing the advertising budget distribution and campaign development. Establishing metrics for tracking, benchmarking and analyzing marketing efforts. Presenting marketing plans and results to senior management, as well as contributing to strategic planning for other departments, including Memberships, Customer Service and Community Outreach. Supervising a marketing, social media, advertising and bilingual communications team. Executing tactics to surpass the organization’s target of participants in paid tours and visits. Created the organization’s first consumer profile to influence our customer-centric strategies.
