Coordinated the efforts of 63 faculty and staff members teaching 8 foreign languages; taught and directed courses in the Spanish language; led planning and supervised international engagements including semester abroad, foreign language immersion, Foreign Academy Exchange for over 350 Cadets annually and hosting Spanish speaking dignitaries.

Led the training and operations staff and later the entire 150 member staff overseeing the training, operations and logistics of a 4400 Soldier Heavy Brigade Combat Team with more than 1700 vehicles and a multi million dollar budget during peacetime as well as combat operations in Iraq. Awarded the Bronze Star for combat leadership.

Planned, coordinated, and led execution of training as well as combat operations for a 750 Soldier Infantry Task Force at Fort Benning, GA and while deployed for combat operations in Iraq.
